• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Progress Data: Quiz scores, task submissions, completion status
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our educational services
• Process your payments and manage your account
• Track your progress through the course
• Generate your certificate of completion
• Communicate with you about your account
• Improve our platform and content
• Process affiliate commissions

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Supabase: For user authentication and data storage
• Stripe: For payment processing (PCI compliant)
• Vercel: For secure hosting

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), Loops (the emails we send you, which receives your email address and the details shown in the message), Resend (an internal notification when a purchase completes, containing your email address, the amount and the payment reference) and, if you accept affiliate cookies, PromoteKit (attributing your purchase to the affiliate who referred you)
• AI Coach: If you use the AI Coach in the trading journal, the message you write, a summary of your recorded trades and any image you attach are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the reply. Nothing is sent to Google unless you use that feature
• Running the site: Sentry receives error reports and a sampled share of browsing sessions, including session replays, so we can find and fix faults. Upstash receives your IP address or account identifier to enforce rate limits that keep the service available
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Track course progress

Affiliate & Referral Cookies:

We use PromoteKit for our affiliate program. This cookie is optional: we ask before setting it, and we do not load the affiliate tracking script at all unless you accept. Declining does not affect your ability to buy or use the course.

If you accept, a referral cookie (promotekit_referral) may be set on your browser when you arrive through an affiliate link. This cookie:

• Identifies the affiliate who referred you
• Is used solely to credit the affiliate for the referral
• Expires after 30 days, matching the attribution window in our Affiliate Terms
• Does not track your personal browsing activity beyond our site

You can change your mind at any time: use Cookie preferences here, or the same link in the footer of our public pages. Declining, or withdrawing after accepting, deletes the referral cookie.

We may use analytics to understand how users interact with our platform.

We retain your data for:

• Active accounts: Duration of account plus 2 years
• Certificates: Permanently (as proof of completion)
• Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years)
• Trading journal entries: Duration of account (can be exported upon request)

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers outside the EU
• Data processing agreements with all service providers
• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
