Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the MarketWarrior Club Affiliate Programme. By joining our programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Programme Overview

This affiliate programme is operated using a third-party tracking provider (PromoteKit). You can earn commission on eligible referred course sales you generate using your unique link.

Commission Tiers

  • Public Affiliates (Tier B): 20% commission on eligible sales
  • Student Affiliates (Tier A): 30% commission on eligible sales (verified students only)
  • Influencer Network: Custom rates (invitation only)

2. How It Works

  • You share your unique referral link (or promo code if provided)
  • A visitor clicks and purchases the course
  • The sale is tracked and your commission is added to your balance
  • Payouts are processed on a Net-15 schedule

3. Tracking Agreement

⚠️ Important - Tracking Disclaimer:

By joining, you acknowledge that tracking relies on cookies and attribution may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Ad blockers and tracking prevention tools
  • Browser privacy settings (especially Safari/Brave)
  • VPNs and network privacy settings
  • iOS/Android privacy restrictions and cookie consent choices
  • Clearing cookies or switching devices/browsers before purchase

A referral is counted only when a customer completes a successful payment and the referral is properly tracked and attributed by PromoteKit.

MarketWarrior Club is not responsible for missing clicks, missing tracking, or unattributed sales caused by device/browser/network settings, user privacy choices, ad blockers, or third-party technical limitations.

4. Cookie Window

Affiliate tracking uses a 30-day cookie window. If a customer clicks your link and purchases within that window on the same browser/device, the referral is usually credited to you (subject to tracking conditions above).

5. Commission & Payout Policy

  • Net-15: Commissions are generated and paid on a Net-15 schedule, allowing time for refunds/chargebacks and payment confirmation
  • Verification: Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity and self-referrals are not eligible and will be reversed/removed from totals
  • Minimum Payout: You must reach a minimum balance of $50.00 USD to be eligible for a payout
  • Currency: Payouts are processed in the currency shown in your affiliate portal (unless otherwise stated)
  • Payment Methods: PayPal mass payments and Wise batch payments supported
  • Discounts: If a customer uses a discount, commission is calculated on the final amount paid as reported by Stripe

6. Link Activity Period

As per our course policy, affiliate accounts and their tracking links are active for a period of 5 months. After this time, links will expire. Affiliates are welcome to re-apply (via email) for a new term.

7. Promotion Rules

✅ Allowed:
  • Organic content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X), blogs, newsletters, and communities where permitted
  • Your own website and private email list
  • Honest reviews and personal recommendations
❌ Not Allowed:
  • Claims: No misleading claims, no "guaranteed profits," no impersonation of MarketWarrior Club
  • Coupons: Unapproved coupon/discount codes (unless specifically provided or approved)
  • Brand Bidding: No bidding on "MarketWarrior" or "MarketWarrior Club" as paid search keywords (unless approved)
  • Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from using your own link/code to purchase. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions

We reserve the right to suspend or remove affiliates who violate these rules.

8. FTC Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission from your links, ensuring transparency with your audience. This is required by law (FTC guidelines).

9. Tax Forms & Compliance

To receive payouts, affiliates may be required to provide tax and payment information depending on their country and payout method:

  • US affiliates: May need to complete a W-9 form
  • Non-US affiliates: May need to complete a W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (or other applicable tax documentation)

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local tax obligations (including in the UK/EU, Australia, Asia, and any other jurisdiction).

10. GDPR & Data Processing

We process affiliate personal data (e.g., name, email, payout details, referral performance) for the purposes of operating the programme, preventing fraud, and making payouts.

This processing is handled by MarketWarrior Club and our third-party provider (PromoteKit) as applicable, in accordance with GDPR/UK GDPR principles (lawfulness, transparency, data minimisation, and security).

By joining, you consent to this processing and understand that certain data may be transferred and stored by our service providers to operate the affiliate programme.

11. Commission Reversals

Commissions will be reversed or removed from totals for:

  • Refunded purchases
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Self-referrals
  • Violations of these terms

12. Programme Modifications

MarketWarrior Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate programme at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active affiliates of significant changes.

13. Best Practices (Recommendations)

  • One link everywhere: Use one unique link consistently (bio, pinned comment, stories)
  • Add a personal reason: Tell people who it's for and why you recommend it
  • Clear CTA: "Start the 30-Day Challenge" + "Link in bio"
  • Be consistent: Repeat your link during launches (stories, reels, pinned posts)
  • Short review: 1-2 honest sentences perform better than generic promo
