Welcome to Market Warrior. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Market Warrior 30-Day Trading Challenge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Market Warrior provides educational content only. We are NOT financial advisors. Our content does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such.

The information provided through our platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone.

3. Demo Trading Recommendation

We strongly recommend practicing with demo/virtual accounts for a minimum of 6 months before considering real money trading. Market Warrior is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.

4. Account Access

  • Your account provides 120 days (4 months) of platform access
  • Sharing account credentials is prohibited
  • Your certificate, once earned, is yours to keep forever

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 3 days of purchase
  • Contact support@marketwarrior.club to request a refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • No refunds after accessing Day 3 content or after 72 hours

6. Content Protection

All course materials, including videos, text, quizzes, and resources, are protected by copyright. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
  • Record or screenshot video lessons
  • Share access credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute any materials

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Affiliate Program

  • Commission rates, the attribution window, payout schedule and payout threshold are set out in the Affiliate Terms, which apply in full to anyone taking part
  • Approval is required before your referral link becomes active
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Harasses other users or staff
  • Attempts to bypass platform security

9. Limitation of Liability

Market Warrior shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Any trading decisions made based on our content
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any other matter relating to our services

10. Data Protection & Your Rights

Privacy & cookie choices

The data protection rights set out below are available to you, and the choices you can make about optional cookies are described in our Privacy Policy.

Here is the short version. The Privacy Policy is the full account, and it governs where the two differ:

  • Data We Collect: Email address, name (for certificates), payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and course progress data
  • Purpose: To provide access to the course, track your progress, issue certificates, and communicate important updates
  • Data Storage: Held by Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS certified), not on servers we run ourselves, and encrypted in transit
  • Data Retention: Set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which covers each kind of record separately. Certificate records are kept permanently, so a certificate can always be verified
  • Third Parties: The providers we share data with, and what each one receives, are listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information

Your Rights Under GDPR:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to Portability: Receive your data in a commonly used format
  • Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time

11. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to:

  • Keep you logged in during your session
  • Remember your progress in the course
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
