Welcome to Market Warrior. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Market Warrior 30-Day Trading Challenge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The information provided through our platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone.

3. Demo Trading Recommendation

We strongly recommend practicing with demo/virtual accounts for a minimum of 6 months before considering real money trading. Market Warrior is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.

4. Account Access

  • Your account provides 120 days (4 months) of platform access
  • Access is limited to a maximum of 2 devices
  • Sharing account credentials is prohibited
  • Your certificate, once earned, is yours to keep forever

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 3 days of purchase
  • Contact support@marketwarrior.club to request a refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • No refunds after accessing Day 3 content or after 72 hours

6. Content Protection

All course materials, including videos, text, quizzes, and resources, are protected by copyright. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
  • Record or screenshot video lessons
  • Share access credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute any materials

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Affiliate Program

  • You may earn 30% commission on referrals
  • Commission is paid after a 7-day hold period
  • Minimum payout threshold is $50
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Harasses other users or staff
  • Attempts to bypass platform security

9. Limitation of Liability

Market Warrior shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Any trading decisions made based on our content
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any other matter relating to our services

10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international data protection laws. Your personal data is secure with us.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR principles:

  • Data We Collect: Email address, name (for certificates), payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and course progress data
  • Purpose: To provide access to the course, track your progress, issue certificates, and communicate important updates
  • Data Storage: Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption on Supabase (EU-compliant) and Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Certificate records are kept permanently for verification purposes
  • Third Parties: We share data only with essential service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting)

Your Rights Under GDPR:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to Portability: Receive your data in a commonly used format
  • Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time
